Why does my backup not run on Windows 2003 or Small Business Server?
Recently we have become aware of problems some of our customers are having when they run BackupMyStuff on Windows 2003 platforms. The symptoms are that the backups run fine for a few days and then stop. There are no errors in the log, it is just that the scheduler for backups never seems to wake up and run the backup.

Connected Corporation (who make the software) have confirmed that there is a known issue with the backup scheduler and Windows 2003 operating systems. A patch has been released and our customers should have been upgraded to fix this problem. If you are still experiencing problems, please contact us.
