I don’t have my PC with me. Can I still get my data?
Yes, if you are not at your PC you can use iRoam from anywhere in the world to recover critical files from your backups.

Here’s how it works:

1.You need to know your account number and your account password.

2.To access the vault (where your files are stored) go to https://iroam.sungard.com. You will then be asked for the above details.

3.Once you can see the screen you will be able to choose whether you see your most recent backups or all copies of your files held on the vault.

4.Then, simply click on the box next to the file you want restored. When you have chosen all the files you need, click on “Prepare files for download”.

5.Now if you go to the “download files” tab you will see the files you have chosen ready to download to the computer you have chosen. Click save.
