Help! I deleted a file by mistake. How do I get it back?
First, check the recycle bin on your computer. Often files that are deleted are placed in the recycle bin instead of being removed immediately from your computer. If the file is not in the recycle bin you will need to retrieve your data by following these instructions:

1. Click on START then ALL PROGRAMS BACKUPMYSTUFF then click on the ‘Retrieve View’ tab.

2. After a few moments the program will show you details of your most recent backup.

3. If you need files which are older than this, click on the “retrieve options” button at the base of the page and select the appropriate options.

4. Find the file you want to retrieve and place a tick in the box next to it to mark it for retrieval.

5. Click the ‘Retrieve Now’ button and select how you want the file to be retrieved and where to save it.
