Can I use BackupMyStuff software if I am using a personal firewall?
If you are using personal firewalls like ZoneAlarm or Norton Internet Security you may see a pop-up warning message about AgentSrv.exe attempting to make a connection to the internet on port 16384. You must allow this application to access the internet.
