Help, my Backups are failing, why is this?
BackupMyStuff will alert you if a backup has failed by displaying a pop-up window on your PC. You can also view the most recent backup by opening the BackupMyStuff application (click on START then ALL PROGRAMS then BACKUPMYSTUFF, as above).

Backups may fail because your backup account has been placed on hold. Your backup account may be placed ‘on hold’ because:

  1. You may have reached the end of your trial period.
  2. We have had problems processing your payment. Please contact us and we will be happy to help you.

If your account is marked as ‘On Hold’ you need to contact us so we can reactivate your account.
