How do I backup a specific file or folder?
To do this you need to change your backup settings. Click on Start, ALL PROGRAMS, BACKUPMYSTUFF and click on the BACKUPVIEW tab. Once the scan has completed, click on OPTIONS, ADVANCED BACKUP RULES then FILE SELECTION. The following window will appear

Click on the ‘Manual’ option and then click on OK. You will see a warning message that changing the settings will delete the backup rules. Click OK. Then select the files, folders or drives you want to backup.
