Do I need to backup all my files?
We recommend that you backup your data (for example Word documents) and not your programmes (for example Microsoft Word). When you install our software it will find all the data on your PC and attempt to back it up.

If you decide to backup only certain directories or your entire PC then there are advanced settings which you can use to do this.

You can find the advanced settings by clicking on the BACKUPVIEW tab and then OPTIONS, ADVANCEDBACKUPRULES. Please contact us if you have any trouble with this and we will be very happy to help you.
