My account is ‘On Hold’ what does that mean?
If you notice that your account is failing to backup it may be because your backup account has reached the end of the trial period and has been placed 'OnHold'.

If your trial account has gone 'OnHold' you will need to subscribe before any further backups or restores can be performed. It can take up to 24 hours for your account to be reactivated after we receive your subscription payment.

If your account is marked as ‘On Hold’ you need to contact us.
