I have exceeded my backup limit. What do I do?
You could de-select some files if you don’t need these to be backed up.

• Click on START, ALL PROGRAMS, BACKUPMYSTUFF, then BACKUPVIEW.
• Then click on ‘Options’, ‘Advanced Backup Rules’
• select file types, Drives, or folders that you don’t need to be backed up.

If you don’t want to deselect any files to reduce the amount of data you are backing up then you will need to increase the subscription that you are on. To do this simply enter the members login area on our website and follow the instructions.
