Why has my PC stopped backing up?
Backups may fail because your backup account has been placed on hold. Your backup account may be placed ‘on hold’ because:
1.You have reached the end of your trial period.
2. We have had problems processing your payment. Please contact us and we will be happy to help you.
If your account is not ‘On Hold’ and yet BackupMyStuff is still failing to run backups, please contact us.
