My Backup trial has expired what do I do now?
When you started your trial period you were sent a welcome e-mail explaining how BackupMyStuff works and who to contact if you need help. This should cover most questions you have about subscribing. Otherwise please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to answer your questions.

If you don’t wish to subscribe at the end of your trial period you can uninstall our software by:

  • simply clicking START,
  • then CONTROL PANEL
  • then ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMMES.
  • Then click on BACKUPMYSTUFF and click REMOVE.
